Texas Health H.E.L.P Bus onsite

The 4Saints F.I.T. (Food as Integrated Treatment) 4 Eastside Program, launched June 20th with Texas Health Resources (THR), brings a mobile health bus to 2529 Mt. View Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76103. This food-as-medicine initiative tackles food insecurity and diet-related chronic diseases like hypertension and diabetes. The THR mobile health bus offers no-cost screenings, including mammograms, blood work, etc. Clients at high risk or diagnosed with chronic conditions receive medically tailored food distributions and nutrition education to manage their health. THR connects clients to ongoing care and monitors biometrics to track progress. Visit the F.I.T.
